If I do chicken n rice, it'll be Chicken Kitchen. It has a jerk jamaican kind of rub, and char grilled flavors. Curry-mustard sauce was so popular in the heydey, even Pollo Tropical had to add it as an option on their menu too.
I'll take some maduro plantains, marinated tomato salad, or some sliced avocado, as a real side, vs some halal iceberg lettuce with mayo on it.
