Please tell me your opinion on this americanized sushi.
I love them, fatty, meaty, creamy, and starchy, a great little indulgence. I'd even compare it to a comfort food.

My favorite kind of sushi. I like going for genuine feel with jap cuisine most of the time but when it comes to sushi california roll is king. I don't even like avocado that much but avocado is the perfect filling for sushi.

As long is the filling is mostly crab/surimi and avocado, with a little bit of cucumber for texture, it's great.

But fuck the sushi places that make the roll more than half cucumber to Jew you out of the more expensive ingredients.

their curry is just watered soup
ramen is just inferior version of authentic Chinese noodles
even instant noodles is taiwanese (Chinese) and not from japan
