Slater Mayo on each outer slice. Fat glob of mayo in the pan with some Himalayan salt. Medium high heat to coat pan in Mayo, toss that rye bread only girrled cheese in, cover pan for first side, flip girrled cheese and lower heat while leaving cover off. Bonus tip is to use cast iron…Mayo gang rise up.

It’s a nice treat every now and then late night anon, sometimes I fancy it up and use a bit of thin sliced Gouda with a thin coat of mixed berry jam and some fresh pears. Little bit of French salted butter and wala. Then I finish my whiskey and bang on the pantry under the stairs to let my spawn know he can’t have any.
