Why do you have scabs in your nose?

Also, I smoke and hold cigarettes like they're blunts between my thumb and index finger, i get callouses and stains from it, when the skin gets too thick I chew it off. Never cared or thought it was weird, since I see people bite their nails which is fucking disgusting - so much gunk and bacteria gets trapped underneath them.

When i go hungry i'm starting to eat lip skin. It's messed up. I start to lick them and sometimes try to get a hold of loose skin.
