The best beer I've ever had was a fancy artisanal-shit non-alcohol beer 10 years ago. But it was legit the best beer I've ever tasted. Even if it wasn't beer. Perfectly balanced, refreshing, only a tiny bit of hops, but also not a sweet malty caramel piece of shit. It was like a standard lager, only better on every flavor.

It's so good. Your freeze time will vary, but you'll want to give it a good shake ever 30 mins or so to make sure that it crystallizes consistently throughout the can. For my freezer, 2 hrs is pretty much the sweet spot for a beer out of the fridge. It only works well with HEAVILY fruited sours, the best are syrupy thick sours that leave bits of pureed fruit on the side of glass like pic related. If anyone posts their region I can try to give recommendations on breweries to look into. You can add nerds on top after too.
