It's just a Hiroshima style okonomiyaki. The thing that makes it unique are the ingredients, which are from the Shizuoka area.
-wasabi mayo which includes matcha powder
-Sakura ebi shrimp powder
-Fujinomiya yakisoba
-shiso
All of these are famous things from Shizuoka.
