The problem is in the dough. Get that bitch VERY thin, tossing it works well if you know how.
Assuming you are getting it thin enough but it's still not crisping, you may have too much water in the dough. As a last resort you can always pre-bake the crust for a few minutes, then add the sauce and everything onto the partially cooked 'za.
Also make sure your dough isn't cold when you slam it onto the stone, it should be room temperature or ideally slightly warm.
