Why don't we just eat pork? It's far cheaper, easier to farm and more sustainable than beef for sure.

I love pork..

I like frying a pork loin on the pan nice and slow in lard, then I add some bacon strips in, after that I toast each bun on both sides in the lard. Finally I set some pork rinds on top of the bacon and loin and smash it down. Dressing is spicy bacon sauce. Gotta love it.
