What is your country's version of sushi?

Are there other countries besides Japan and Germany that have high enough food safety standards to routinely offer to-go foods with raw meat or fish?

Not americans that's for sure
Food over there is so rotted and cheap that they need to soak all meat in bleach and antibiotics.
Poor souls.

We have to deal with spics preparing the food. If we had real standards, there would be no food to eat

In Denmark I eat raw meat and raw eggs constantly. I'd never had food poisoning or anything like that until visiting the Netherlands in my late twenties.

Spics cook better than most races including white people, but any kitchen that's staffed mainly by black people will churn out nothing but stomach-incinerating garbage.

Close, but it's pork and it's slightly spiced. It's called Mett. On a bun like that (Mettbrötchen) it's also called Maurermarmelade (mason's marmalade).
