What's the fastest you went from loving to hating, or hating to loving a food?

A local bakery is really popular in my town for their cookies and other sweets. I picked some cookies up thinking they were chocolate but they were actually just molasses, no chocolate. I didn't eat any before I saw the label, I never had molasses before but it sounded good so I took a bite and it was just a perplexing mix of overwhelmingly rich but somehow overly bland. I wasn't big on it.
A couple hours later I tried another and now it's my new favorite, god damn it's good. Pic isn't from the bakery but it looks similar enough.

Used to hate mustard until the first time I tried honey mustard grilled chicken. Goddamn that shit is good. Turns out I like mustard seed, and just hate the yellow shit

When I was a kid I got ultra constipated (about 8 days without shitting) and had to go to the hospital. They gave me a molasses and milk enema. I'll never forget the smell of 8 days worth of fermented shit and molasses. From then on I cannot eat molasses. Molasses and milk is evidently the best enema for whatever reason.
