How are hot dogs eaten where you live?
In Norway, hot dogs (pølser) are eaten in a normal wheat bun, or more traditionally in a tortilla like food called lompe, which is made from potatoes and flour. The toppings are usually only ketchup and mustard, but might also include crispy fried onions, potato salad or, for the advanced, rolling two pølser in one lompe.
Feel free to post local variations of other common foods as well.
