the "crispy prosciutto" bothered me too. where i live has a lot of bloody mary emphasis and i have sampled many many varieties. i know that prosciutto will not be as good as a thick crispy bacon slice which in turn is not as good as homemade beef jerky rubbed with spices that compliment the bloody mix. prosciutto is lazy-fancy like truffle oil
