The reason male shave been getting smaller and more lithe and feminine is because the Elites have removed mercury from our diet and done all they can to keep us away from it. If we got into it our brains would grow, we'd be stronger and faster, and thus we'd be way way way harder to control.

I personally eat a can of tuna every day and wish I could eat more or just take mercury supplements if they were legal.
