It's really up to what you like and what is normally a very spicy dish. I really enjoy saag paneer, vindaloo. Chili chicken and butter chicken are great also. You'll need to make it clear you want it actually spicy to the waiter.

I don't really do spicy. I tried building resistance, but in doing so I found no appeal in spiciness. That said, there's a nearby catering that has schnitzel strips with some mild spiciness under the coating. These strips are so smooth. They have other schnitzel products, none of them compares to this. It cuts nicely, and it chews nicely. And it tastes good.
