I just learned that 'glucose-fructose' is the Canadian way of labelling high fructose corn syrup. I've been lied to my whole life

HFCS is just a specific mixture of glucose to fructose. The more you know. Food labels in general are so awful it's not even funny. Mexican Coke for decades sold glucose-fructose mixture in their "pure sugar cane" drinks for years and people believed it until someone in a lab actually tested the drink
