Corned beef on sourdough bread with muenster, shredded cabbage, mayo and horseradish. The real horseradish and not that cum sauce. I've stopped using lettuce entirely and use cabbage instead for toppings. Tastes better and adds more cronch. Stays fresher longer. And in this case just naturally pairs with the corned beef.

Just had a cracking fried sandwich

>Cheddar
>1/2 tomato thinly sliced
>Big fat garlic clove minced
>Organic parsley, thyme, basil, rosemary and oregano
>Maldon sea salt and some ground black pepper
>Kingsmill thick white spread with Lurpak

Fried in the pan until very, very well done. Absolutely gorgeous sandwich.
