It's so "midwestern dealership auto mechanic" to like pickled eggs.

I made some spicy pickled eggs the other day. Worth it if you dont mind carefully peeling a fuckton of eggs.

The video?
Its not really surprising, the domesticted cows are well known for being pussies that will make a big show but will back the fuck off if the other person holds there ground (Note: DO NOT DO THIS WITH BULLS).
geese on the other hands are complete assholes who are extremely belligerent and are more likely to hold their ground than you'd expect from prey animals.

The goose is just not buying the cow's bluff is all, its not that surprising.

Based. Love these things. Discovered them at a back woods bar in north Carolina called "toby's" 50 cents each, served from a room temperature jar on the bar.

You have to poke each egg with a toothpick to allow better pickle juice absorption

I boil vinegar, pickled jalapeños+juice, carrot shards, onion shards, dash of pickling spices, some water, and a sprig of dill to achieve a pretty aesthetic in jar. Boiling gives you a chance to actually vacuum seal the jar but even the jars that don't vaccum seal seem to keep indefinitely in fridge. Pickle juice is powerful stuff.

They’re pretty good. I like pickling red cabbage to use on tacos and shit.

Bought a pack of salted duck eggs last time I was at the asian market and I'd just rather use regular chicken eggs, honestly. I guess I'll try century eggs next time, maybe this time it'll be actually worth it

Pretty based. If your an egg regular it's a great way to add some quick variety. Curry eggs, pickled beet eggs, ranch eggs, lots of recipes for you to browse. I recommend medium sized eggs as a dozen can pretty easily fit into a quart jar. Also they are often on sale and cheaper by the egg if you buy them by the 96 pack.

There is a risk of botulism but that’s if you manage to fuckup the brine/seal or have shitty eggs, poking holes is more for the flavor than the preservation factor.

Ive been eating cabbage, beans, spinach, yogurt, and sauerkraut every day and my farts are the most powerful they've ever been. Any advice to mitigate them? The meal fits my macros perfectly so I don't wanna alter it. The power was fun at first, but this shit is beginning to affect my life; I think my family, friends, and coworkers are catching on.

Geese are like women who are incapable of assessing danger. You could hunt these assholes with a short stick, they let you walk right up to them, they think their obnoxious honking and city bilaws will protect them.
