Fucking lol. If that's filet you must have pounded it with a mallet before cooking, and if those are 8oz you cooked them way past medium (which is already way past what you should be cooking filet). Good job taking pictures of everything other than the food, though.

I work with filet almost every day, and can portion a 6oz steak with my eyes closed. Whatever OP has going on in his image is not right. I'm not sure how he fucked it up, but there's a reason he didn't take any pictures of the inside.

I understand that you paid for this, and cooked this, and set up your little meal for one in the daycare center you're apparently squatting in, but that's some gnarly looking filet, and you overcooked it.
