A glimpse into the life of a food addict. When food goes beyond sustenance and enjoyable social and cultural experiences and become a vice, a drug.

Today I woke up knowing I would binge eat. Working from home due to covid and knowing my wife would be working late don't help my chances of making better choices today.

I skipped breakfast and lunch and started drinking beer at about 2:00 pm. Browsing /ck/ and instagram food porn all afternoon. Thinking about what I will eat later. Creating orders in different restaurant apps that I may or may not follow through with.

Anyway I can‘t complain about a bad life but it is fucking boring here. Swiss people are reserved and cold, very difficult to have any conversations.
And don‘t get the false impression that every citizien here is swimming in cash of course we get more money but everything is also really expensive.
A single pizza costs more than 30$ for example. I have been living on spagetthi with ketchup for the past 2 weeks, having a piece of meat is a treat. I would rather live in another first world country (USA, Canada, Germany whatever) than here.
