3 fried eggs cooked with 4 tbsp parmesean cheese and topped with 2 tbsp hot and chunky salsa + garlic powder + chives.

Since today is my off day for lifting (6 day PPL), I tried fucking around with pancakes instead of making oats. Used 1/2 cup canned pumpkin + 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice + 2 tsp brown sugar to make pumpkin spice pancakes. They came out better than I expected for something I just winged.

OP, I approve the giant iced tea. Looks refreshing. I'd have just had that biscuit basic sausage however/, you copied your same formula on the 2nd sandwich, when it's really just "extra" food. At this time, not sure I could even go to McDs without a mcgriddle, been sooo long since any fast food.

This morning I just made a pot of Peets single estate coffee, w/ half n half. Sipping that, watching the morning news, while finishing off something new I bought, Toast n Go berries, which is like a cross between a blueberry muffin, thick and moist whole grain nut loaf bread, and like one of those thick pita flatbreads. So far, I am a fan. The butter rolled off unnnecessary, and really won't need it next time. It's quite a bit bigger than a toaster pastry, and about 1/2 thick, pretty heavy and substantial.
