It came to my mind this afternoon that it could be interesting. I crushed the powder in a morter to make it even finer and put about two tea spoons in the bottle. It's only been a couple of hours in there and it already smells really intense. I just tried it again and I'm surprised how good it tastes.

So I just had the pizza bread. I put some sea salt into the oil and the coated the dough with it and sprinkled some oregano on it. It smelled very lightly of coffee but not as intense as in the bottle and not really bitter. I didn't sift the oil, the little black dots you see on the bread is the coffee. It was overall pretty decent and since I'm usually someone who eats really hot it was a nice change.

i make garlic and onion oil with it. my guts are all fucked up, and they can't handle fructans so i can't eat garlic and onion normally. fructans aren't fat soluble so i get all of the flavor and none of the anal explosion!
