Well, I used to do it for a living more or less 25 years ago when I was in my 20's. Fun times, but whew even then, unless you were one of the "rock stars" it was poorly paid daily grind.

I totally understand I used to cook durning college I love cooking but only for family and myself. I usually worked cold side and maybe the grill if our main griller wasn't there
