I call BULLSHIT. Breakfast is NOT the most important meal of the day no matter how many times you shove it down our throats. This is all a play by Big Cereal to brainwash the general population into thinking that you actually need breakfast. Think about it. Look on the back of any cereal box. You'll see that there many different vitamins that make up the cereal. Pretty healthy, right? WRONG. Take a closer look. Most cereal will be FILLED with sugar, and little if any protein, which is what you should actually be eating. What's more, most of these viatmins are already included in the multivitamins we take every day!

There are many studies that """indicate""" that breakfast is good for you, lowers disease rate etc etc. They are a lie. In reality, most of the results from these studies result indirectly, not directly from breakfast. If one person were to only eat one thing for breakfast the whole day, and the other only that thing in the afternoon, the results wouldn't be much different. One of the things that make some believe that breakfast is good for you is high-protein breakfasts. Protein helps against the urge to consume food, and is good for your muscles.

Breakfast is the most skippable meal of the day. It is beneficial to be in a fasted state. Breakfast cereal is junk, processed refined carbohydrate mush shaped and formed.
