I’ve lived in Si Racha for 10 years. This kind of sauce is used for seafood and on Thai omelettes (which are really oily btw). No one raves about it. I just picked up a bottle of the brand in OP and tried it on all the stuff I’ve heard millennials rave about for years. Absolute dog shit. You’re all using it wrong. If you heard about Asians smothering Asian food in ketchup you’d laugh at them but that’s what you are doing.

Siracha sauce has nothing to do with the place near banglamung idiot. The guy who makes it is Vietnamese and lives in the USA. The Thais use prik nam pla, which is absolutely nothing like this sauce. Imagine larping as living somewhere and yet not knowing basic things. Really makes you think.
