There’s a local sandwich shop that used to be a Quiznos by my place. The Asian wife of the dude who owned it asked if she could add her own stuff to the menu so now in addition to subs they also sell sushi and boba tea.
It’s my favorite place and I’m gonna get an Italian ramen sandwich from there tomorrow because of this thread.

I do like it for its novelty, but for that alone. I remember a friend buying me one that came in a regualr plastic drink cup with an x punch lid and i just let it fucking melt on my dashboard. i want the flimsy cup with the vacuum sealed top and the cute characters that you stab the straw through or i'm not interested. i usually get it with grass jelly or natta if they have it, tapioca is fucking gross.

all that autism aside, i have probably had three of these drinks in my adult life, they're mccaffe smoothie tier and i only consume coffee or tea to keep me sharp at work. sugary caffinated drinks just for fun dont call to me

I used to love this shit in Taiwan.

There was this old lady, people would make a long ass queue just to get the classic one, milk, tea, and taiwanese brown sugar.
