I work at CFA and all the food is really simple, really the only thing you can't get readily are the buns. Also the spicy CFA and spicy strips are the only things that taste like anything. Also at our location we stopped making crispy/well-done fries, now they're all soft. Fuck CFA.

CFA hung on for a really long time but i returned a box of nuggets recently for having like 3 bullshit ass nuggets in it. it felt embarrassing to do but its not about money at all youre just not going to give me that shit

Yeah, it's pretty bad. The nuggets aren't even fucking good, they're all dry and shit. Everything about Chick-fil-A is inconsistent. Nuggets are different every batch because we bread them in the store, sometimes the flour coating is too glutinous from all the agitation when "shaking off" the coating rather than being delicate, we might've not filtered the coating to get rid of these pebbles of flour and chicken juice causing the chicken to be coated in these pebbles instead of a fine layer of flour, the fryers vary in temp due to how many batches we run through them meaning at lunch rush or any rush the temp drops too low in all the fryers especially the fries meaning fucked not-what-you-paid-for product, tomatoes vary between almost green and disintegrating, the lettuce varies between beautiful butter leaf lettuce and romaine, oh my god and we have two fucking types of buns. The brioche sweet buns are what we have most but a good amount of the time the next rack of buns we toast to make CFAs are this brown, mealy, not sweet and too uniform in texture as if it was injection molded from one material. Also there's a good bit of cross-contamination and we are at THE busiest location in the state, wrapping around the building often.

We put our fryer baskets on a floor that's covered with grease, mold, cum, chicken fillets, bacterial gunk, etc. Don't worry, the blistering oil sterilizes it. Also people working the fryers come in direct contact with the people breading meaning you'll get a lot of cross-contamination from the shared surfaces (which we shouldn't have). Also if we don't flatten then enough they'll come out all tense and like an inch thick with no width.
