Is Kenji Lopez really on the same level as Chef John from Foodwishes.com?
Chef John is just recipes no BS and has an academic background of being an actual chef.
I've never seen a Kenji Lopez video, but his general vibe just screams Buzzfeed grifter to me.
Could also be that I'm a John fanboy.
