Homemade curry.
Start with chili oil.
Load in the veg and a bit of meat.
Couple tablespoons of generic curry powder, cumin, powdered ginger, pepper flakes, cardamom, fennel, black pepper.
Salting agent is powdered chicken bouillon.
Simmer until everything is happy.
Give it a shot of coconut milk.
Bed of rice on the plate, generous application of chili garlic sauce, then curry on top.
I love being white.
Any leftovers and I roll rice and curry into large tortillas and microwave it for lunch.

I used to frequent a burger joint owned by a Korean family that had spicy bulgogi burgers but that place is no more. I really miss it, the chef was super cool and his wife was super hot which I think is amazing because I found out that she went to high school with my mom which would put her in her 50s.
