What food is 100% calories?
I’m tired of cooking and eating and just want to eat something that’s 100% calories so that I don’t have to keep cooking and eating so often.

Here's what I do for the week. Every Sunday I cook 5 lbs of boneless chicken thighs. I put the chicken, 1 stick of butter, 4 cans chickpeas, the juice of 3 lemons (to prevent scurvy), and 4 tbsp salt in a food processor and pulse until gritty paste consistency, kind of like pate.
I'll either eat this plain, or spread it on a splice of toasted whole grain bread. It provides every main macronutrient, and vitamins plus fiber to stay healthy. Takes an hour a week.

Nothing is more calorie-dense than pure oil or fat. There are about 2000 calories in a cup of oil. If you drink a cup of oil per day, and take a multivitamin, then you'll be all set. Plus that will make you feel like a car.

calories don't make you full. What you want is maximum volume for minimum calories. Meals with lots of protein and fiber usually fill me up completely for hours. I eat roast chicken breast, a large serving of boiled green peas and a small serving of something actually tasty, like rice, pasta or mashed potatoes. The green peas+chicken breast combo is so insanely filling that when I started eating it I though something was wrong. You can switch to fish like salmon instead of chicken breast.

In general, add lots of green leaves (like spinach, baby, etc.) to your meals, drink lots of water, drink generous amounts of coffee
