I go to mcdonalds or burger king every day at 11:30am and order 8 quarter pounder 100% beef patties with nothing else and no seasoning. They charge me $9.60 plus tax and I order a free large ice water.

I eat them in the parking lot in less than 10 minutes then dispose of the trash and go back home.

This give me 1800-2000 calories a day of pure high quality beef that is 60% fat and 40% protein. I run on ketones and I don’t own a fridge or microwave or even utensils at home. I don’t remember the last time I shopped for groceries. I barely produce any trash.

For the cost of $288 a month I save hundreds of hours a year of my life shopping, cooking, cleaning and most of all I am healthy, muscular with an ultra sharp brain that needs no caffeine to be alert at all times. This truly is the ultimate hack for living long, healthy and cheaply.

this could work actually since all the unhealthy shit comes from the sauce, fries and soda

Someone did a experiment on eating like this for 30 days and while it was not super healthy it was beneficial and better than eating something ‘healthy’ like subway

You could also save money and time by getting a few of these each week and cooking them at home.
Not to mention less fatty meat.

throw in a multivitamin. shouldn't add more than 10 bucks a month, and you're golden. throw the empty bottle away in the mcdonald's trash can.
