I bought pork back ribs 'cause they were on sale
I don't have a bbq all I have is an oven, can I just cook it in the oven with some olive oil salt and pepper? how well would that turn out?

Approximate time duration: 3h.

-Preheat oven to 275F/135C.
-Get rid of membrane and silverskin.
-Wash the ribs with clean water.
-Cover in Alu foil.
-Bake low and slow with salt and pepper. (1-2 hours.)
-Mix a teaspoon of sugar and a tablespoon of cornstarch in a saucepan because OP is a faggot who prefers BBC to BBQ.
-Slowly add balsamic while stirring.
-If you have starch chunks or starch flakes, start mixture over. It must be smooth.
-Remember that mix will be thinner while hot.
-If you burn or boil, start mixture over.
-Glaze the ribs with mixture.
-Broil at 450F/230C for about 30 mins, rotating tray at 20 minute mark.
-Retrieve from oven and rest for 5 minutes.
-Enjoy.

Optional extras:
Add garlic powder and onion powder before baking.
Add thyme, rosmary, or pressed garlic to mixture before glazing.
