What are your daily meals like?
Do you eat super elaborate dishes everyday?
Or just gulp down canned beans most of the time?

Anime girls are gay. Now to answer your question, I make elaborate (usually vegetarian) meals for one while drinking a few beers and listening to tranny cocaine music like Ride on Time by Blackbox. I also set the table nice like with a proper plate and cutlery and a large red candle to the upper left of my plate. When the meal is plated I turn the gay bar jams off and read the newspaper while eating. Very enjoyable.

Clearance Produce with toppings/dips (such as hummus) followed by meal replacement shakes, also lots of nuts/popcorn/etc and other quick packaged but "real food"... I'm very lazy but I don't think I'm the most unhealthy despite it. Oh, and sometimes often I make a big bowl of oatmeal in the morning with a banana or two thrown in topped with some nuts and spices. (whatever I have on hand)

Hey fuck you pal. My elaborate (mostly vegetarian) meals are great. Tonight I made falafel pita wraps from scratch.
>homemade falafel from over night soaked chick pee
>homemade tzatziki
>fresh chopped veg
>store bought pita (shameful, I know)
And the playlist was 80s-early 90s Madonna and 80s Cyndi Lauper. And instead of the WSJ which I had already read, I cracked open Harold McGee’s new book on the science of food smells.
How was your dinner?

Most of the time I make practical meals that take as minimal amount of ingredients as possible, while choosing the most delicious and nutritionally high impact stuff so I can get my macros. Example meal I really like is scrambled eggs topped with avocado slices and drizzled with sriracha with toast or by itself.

I made this for dinner last night, but I wouldn't call it elaborate or anything. It's still easy, healthy, cheap, and tastes good though.
Mainly just buy nutritious ingredients and do with them whatever makes them taste good. Not too complicated.

I usually cook myself a nice meal to eat over the week, and set myself up with something to make as sandwhiches for other meals.
This week I've been eating chicken shwarma with roasted peppers/onions, rice w/ lentils and peas, cucumbers, and hummus and tzatziki. The sandwhiches have been egg salad.
Last week I made ginger beef and szechuan vermicelli with char siu pork. The beef was pretty meh but the noodles were cash. The sandwhich was also egg salad

In between, simple dishes but mostly whole foods.

No breakfast.
Lunch is usually something small and breakfast-ish like an omelet with various filling, scrambled eggs, home fries, etc. and if I need more maybe a small snack like chips or yogurt.
Dinner is usually simple like meat + starch + roasted veg. Starch could be rice, mash, baked potato, pasta, stuff like that. Meat could be a quick pan sear or something roasted. I'll usually make multiple servings of each and interleave them e.g. fresh meat w/ leftover starch, then new starch w/ leftover meat, etc.

I make some more complex shit once a week just for variety but I honestly like the simple stuff and I've gotten pretty good at cooking it.

grim, but not the worst
in the morning i'll have either soup, bread or sweets like biscuits or a roll, and some stimulant, wether it's coffee, tea, an energy drink. i always drink a beer before work, in the winter i put vodka in my coffee
i don't eat at work at all. i get home around midnight and usually eat standing up, bread with cheese, yogurt, butter, or if i have some, I'll have rice and tomatoes or make soup from shit i stole from work, usually greens, leeks, onions, fish heads or chicken carcasses. I am underweight and have broken a lot of bones recently, so I've started eating a lot of full fat dairy products, mostly yogurt. i hope to die in an accident soon, i dont think this body will age well.

My lunch always consists of a mix of nuts; like pistachios, walnuts, pecans, or cashews; some dark chocolate, peanut butter, a protein bar and some fruit.
My dinner is often 1-2 cans of veggies, deenz or oysters or salmon, and a chia seed smoothie with frozen fruit. On occasion I'll make dinner or make a fancy breakfast but it's far and few between.
