Boston butt, 7lbs. Smoking at approx 275. Hoping to be done by 6pm est. I used 12lbs of pecan wood and finishing off with just charcoal. The final 2 hours I planned on doing a texas crutch and upping the heat to 300.
Used touch of cherry dry rub ontop of honey mustard. Fiance made a cuatom bbq im slathering for the next hr or so. Core temp currently 165
