Also pork is tasty. Not the best meat, but incredible fat. I also think we shouldn't be raising pork (or poultry) industrially. We are missing out on a lot of nutrients. Both should be raised outdoors with lots of room to run around and express natural behaviors in order to get more vitamin D into their fat, organs, and meat.

What are you talking about? I like pork chops and pork butt roasts and pork tenderloins. None of those are treated. IMO pork belly is better without being cured into bacon.

I also think pork liver tastes better than beef liver.

But I think its important to not eat industrial pigs. That shit nasty.
