Whenever I here celery I think of this. I've had it 1000 times but I've never even tried celery stalks. Don't think I've even seen them in real life. Funny how this world works ISN'T IT?
Anyway mostly I use it in soups. Whatever you'd use a carrot for, you can also use celery root. Maybe not ragu, hahahahaha!
