There is literally no excuse to not do your job well no matter how much you make. Who does it benefit to provide shit service? It means you and I can’t expect a decent cheap meal. The worker themself is degraded by the act, not investing the time and attention to be competent at such a simple job rots the soul. The business suffers for it. The whole society gets a little bit worse. This is why ghettos are the way they are.
You might think it’s inconsequential but when some demoralized wage slave serves up rotten food to your kid and they end up in the hospital with food poisoning that’s a massive price for society to pay.
If you want better pay, develop yourself. Learn to negotiate. Don’t ruin things and expect the government to bail you out for being a fuck up.

The safest Taco Bell I used to go to closed down because people in that city don't eat there enough(but overpriced Wingstop has no problem). Not risking it going to one in the ghetto so I just cook my own tacos, order from a truck, or pay more at a restaurant with those medium sized tortillas. Miss those beef potato wraps though.

I haven't been to the nearest Taco Hell in more then ten years.

The last time I stopped there was after visiting my mother in the hospital. I just wanted something fast and cheap for the drive home. The filling on the tacos, meet, lettuce and everything was only about half an inch deep with the taco standing up.

I'm not going back there again.

If I want to go to a Taco Hell, there's one about 65 miles away that isn't too bad. But why go there when there are plenty of Mexican restaurants with cooks who really know what they are doing?

Flipping burgers and tending a register are two of the easiest jobs imaginable. You need minimal qualifications, skills, experience, or work ethic to do them, and as such you're not entitled to anything other than minimum wage. If you complain and do a shitty job then you can be fired and replaced within the working day, you're that disposable.
Maybe you should stop being a bitch and just work harder. I've done plenty of unskilled jobs before and they were throwing overtime and pay rises at me just because i put in slightly more effort than average.
