what were you trying to make? but yeah, assuming you wanted to achieve a creamier pan sauce by incorporating milk and chicken stock
>oil/butter in pan
>sweat onions/garlic
>stir in tbsp or so of flour
>lightly brown
>lift with wine if you're using any, or just chicken stock
>add milk
>reduce and cook out roux, about 10 minutes
>add pasta/chicken/veg w/e else

i think this is formally a sauce veloute or something similar, just a basic technique for binding pan sauces

I was trying to make chicken fajitas, but opted to add chicken broth since I didn't have much of the seasonings. I wasn't trying to make my sauce creamier.

Just ate it and it was alright, chicken was well cooked, but I do suffer from Pico.
