>Bolinhos de Arroz
Rice fritters made with leftover rice. It has diced onions, egg, flour, salt, baking powder and parsley. Served with hot sauce as an appetizer.

>Moqueca de peixe
Coconut milk and fish stew.

>Queijo de coalho
Grilled coalho cheese (similar to halloumi)

>Costela de chão
Beef ribs cooked over open-fire charcoal for many hours

>Panqueca de carne
Crepe skin stuffed with ground beef filling (others exist also) and then baked.

>Guisado de batata
Ground beef and potatoes

>Salpicão
Similar to a chicken salad, but it has shoestring potatoes. Recipes vary, but you can add shredded carrots, raisins, peas, cubed cheese and ham, grapes, apples, etc.. depends on the person.

>Feijão tropeiro
Beans and bacon with onions, garlic, etc, collard greens and toasted manioc flour. Served with pork rinds.
