My favorite fries when done correctly. The burgers I just get cheese and pickles. That’s it. And it’s pretty amazing. For a place that lets you go crazy with toppings, the burger gets progressively shittier ever topping you add. Trick is to pick one. And ironically that makes the burger more worth the price.

They’re closing left and right, or barely scraping by due to no customers.
There used to be 3 in my area; now there’s one with barely any business.
Unfortunately you just have to go by your own observation; as they aren’t a public company, they aren’t required to (and don't) disclose shit about growth/shrinkage or how they’re doing financially.

They rip you off no matter the size. They make it seem like you are getting a lot, but if you actually weigh the fries you get (including the ones in the bag), you are getting less than advertised.

It is still way more fries than I would be comfortable eating, though.

Wouldn't be surprised if it is the price.
The actual quality of their burgers and fries and the portion size is in the "great" tier for a fast food chain. Not best in most places, but great. Prep time is also consistently good outside of rush hour.
But their prices are just so high for the niche they're in that most people won't stomach it in favor of cheaper options.
