Why would anyone with a brain go to McDonalds when you can get much better burgers made from local produce for the same price at some local burger joint and the staff there won't actually spit in your burger.

Where I live, local burger joints are all gourmet, premium ingredient shit that charge you $18 for something with grass-fed beef, chia seeds, almond yoghurt, etc. McDonalds is the most meh of fast foods, but it's at least consistently not bad. Most fast food joints are much better at their best, but you're much more likely to get a shit branch with sloppy, awful food

I've always liked Filet O Fish sandwiches from Mcdonald's but many years ago they stopped putting a whole slice of cheese on them and started putting half slices. This used to piss me off because when I would order extra cheese instead of giving me a slice and a half(.5+1) they would only give me one full slice, thinking to just double the half slice. So I was being shorted a half slice almost every time. Then one day I figured out how to do it. Maybe it was the Holy Ghost guiding me since I believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Now I get 3 fish patties, two full slices of cheese, and a large cup of tartar sauce for $5.18 compared to $4.79 for just the sandwich. By removing the bun I get 3 times the fish, 3 times the tartar sauce, and 4 times the cheese, for only 39 cents extra. Praise the Lord! pic related.

I thought I was the only one who recognized the great injustice of charging for a whole extra slice of cheese, then only giving half a slice extra.

How do you order your fillet-o-food-hack? Can you order individual sandwich components on the teleprompter, or do you have to interact with wagies?

Flyover is not a proper noun and that construction is invalid.
You could say either:
>A flyover is seething.
>Flyovers are seething.
But to say "flyover is seething" is not correct unless you're referring to a person whose name is Flyover.

When was the last time you were at a McDonald's? Most of them don't even sell a hamburger for less than a buck at this point. McDoubles are $2.50 here. It's gotten too expensive. If I'm going to spend $5.00 - $7.50 on a burger it's not going to be on 2-3 mcdoubles.

Yeah, that's because it's double. $1.19 is close enough to $1, don't be so pedantic.

OP said that a local burger joint sells burgers made from local ingredients for the same price as McDonald's. You can get a burger from McDonald's for $1.19, so I'm asking where are these supposed quality local burger joints with $1.19 burgers?

I'd sooner call it $2.00 than $1.00 here.
There is no one on this board or on this thread who gets one hamburger at McDonald's. It's a false equivalence to compare one mcd hamburger to one burger from a fancy local place regardless of how much OP is a fag. One local burger for $7.50 is about equivalent in terms of satiation as three mcdoubles.

Too subjective. Not everyone eats the same amount of food in one meal and not all food is required to be a full meal in the first place.
