I'm Greek and we don't really have thickened sauces in our cuisine but I love American gravy, both standard brown gravy and country gravy. I make biscuits and gravy all the time. You Americans sure know how to eat. My fruity friends always tell me your food is too rich and too beige, but fuck them. Unironically thank you for your service.
