i love chicken skin. when i was working at a smokehouse all the fuckin weirdos would request their smoked chicken skinless so id just save the skins in a 1/6 pan that had all the great seasoning and smokiness on it and then throw all the skins in the deep fryer and have these bbq chicken chicharones to snack on loaded with lemon pepper and msg and smoky flavor. so fucking good.

Good taste. Once I went to a sushi place and they were selling the whole skin of a salmon for the equivalent of a few dollars. A bargain. Gets very sickening after a while though because of how rich it is.

Plastic surgeon here. I mostly do skin removal for people that have massive weight loss. As a side hustle I sell all of the removed skin to a nearby small chink restaurant. They put it in all of their pork dishes. I've been there to eat a few times. It's pretty good.
