ITT dishes that look horrible but are delicious. This is ghormet sabzi, an Iranian beef and herb dish that looks like dog vomit.

ngl, one of the main things I eat is a stew that looks like vomit, but its quite tasty and healthy

>cubed beef
>salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic

and then the part that makes it truly hideous

Fesenjoon might be more of an acquired taste. I liked everything from Persian cuisine I tried: zereskh polo, ghormeh sabzi, gheimeh, baghali polo, koobideh, joojeh, etc. The only one thing I couldn't bring myself to finish was fesenjoon. Way too sweet, my body was revolting against me whenever I tried to take a spoonful of it with rice. Also barberry with rice takes some getting used to if you only eat plain rice. t. asian
