How do you prepare your vegetables to be tasty but without using a load of fat?
I'm really loving smashing my green vegies at the moment however I'm using a fair bit of olive oil to get them really tasty when I'm stir-frying or roasting. They're not Chinese take-away levels of oil but I use enough to make sure all the vegetables have a thin coat. Steamed and boiled are both pretty tasteless, is blanching a good technique?
What's your favorite way to get your greens?

Grill, roast, or sauté. Flavored vinegars like Balsamic can do wonders.

Liberal use of spices and herbs in the meme convection oven (air fryer) will probably cover your needs pretty well

I personally enjoy simply steamed veggies but of that is not what you like, I can recommend putting them in oven with oregano, basil and thyme trinity + salt and pepper

Usually cut them up, put them in a bowl and mix them up with some olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, then into a preheated roasting pan.

Roasted is objectively best for veggies. Caramelizing with minimal added fat. Anyone saying steamed or poached veggies taste better than caramelized is 10000% full of shit.

literally put everything into the air fryer

even broccoli

mix in a large bowl with some oil, salt, pepper or if you're feeling extra gay some of your gay pantry spices
for cold veggies, i like to pickle red onion (cut and seperate 1 red onion, cover with rice wine vinegar and water, sugar and salt and leave for an hour) and just buy raw shit in general (cucumbers, loose leaf)

I'm sorry you believe in marketing lies, but there's literally no such thing as an air fryer. Please read the definition of frying.

Everyone knows it's a mini convection oven, it just comes up to temp much quicker than one and is convenient for smaller portions, go be elitest about something else

is there a reason you want to use less fat? olive oil is good for you

I just use lots of butter and lard. Duck fat works great too.
