That's a meth pipe, you can tell by the bulb so the flame doesn't hit it directly and allows it to vaporize. A crack pipe, or "single rose holder," or whatever nonsense is a straight tube so that you can directly hit the freebase with the flame, preferably a propane or butane lighter.
