use a few ice cubes to practice the rhythm and then a piece of toast for the flip. try to flip as low as possible. also use butter and oil for the egg. i usually try to drain the white from the bubble and make it as even as i can so that its not got that heavy spot in the middle. spatulas are for quitters and you should eventually be able to flip without breaking an uncooked yolk. if you are badly cordinated just add a tablespoon of water to the pan and cover with a lid for about a min and then turn heat off and let sit for a min or two more

To flip, slide the egg a little to make sure it's not stuck.. use a spatula to push it to unstick it if it is.
Then don't try to flip the pan up.. just slide it to the end, and then simply push forward and pull back real quick.

Yeah it was stuck. I tried to unstuck it with a large spoon but a corner remained stuck, I thought it would loosen off with the rest of the egg pulling it
