Oh, or this one I invented. You fry bacon, then layer the bacon in a bowl. Then you fry eggs in the bacon grease, and layer on top of the bacon.

Then the trick - you quickly layer shredded cheese on the eggs in the bowl and (I can't stress enough that you have to move fast!) use a spoon to ladle the hot bacon grease on top of the cheese, moving in parallel lines and rotating 45 degrees at a time, until the whole surface of the cheese is melted and there's some grease filling up the bowl a little ways. As you eat it, you can tilt the bowl to the side of one corner a bit to get a nice little pool going, then dip bits of egg or bacon into the rendered/flavored fat for a little bit of pop in flavor.

I'm 40 and I have a bread route and used to sell these. Those motherfuckers sell like crazy I had to pay a Mexican 500 dollars a week under the table to keep up with the demand. It's insane how much people eat them despite them being in my opinion extremely expensive, and rarely on special. I even had a Stater Bros dedicate an entire new snack aisle to not just Takis but the entire Barcel products brand. White girls then fat goblinas seem to be the biggest buyers of these. Had a guy buy the entire box when I was at a Winco of the Party Size ones because his little white daughter loves them so much. I only tasted them once or when there is a new flavor. They're not that good the Red bag ones are the best flavor-wise but not that spicy. The halloween cucumber ones were the only ones I liked enough to get a small bag once. Doritos used to have the Dynamite spicy cheese ones and those were the best.

Flaming Hot Cheetos were really popular when I was in middle-high school in the late 90s/00s, they were mostly loved by black kids though.
