fuck i love rhubarb but i have't had it since i was a kid. i used to just eat the raw stalks with salt. preserves and kompot with rhubarb are great, but i dont have any recipes. if you like making cocktails or cold drinks, it's pretty easy to make rhubarb syrup. hope your thread is productive, if i find something cool i'll come back
