Anybody here on a gallbladder friendly diet due to gallbladder issues?

You can’t eat fatty foods on an empty stomach otherwise no problems.
Just have some carbs for breakfast to start your tummy and don’t skip meals.

just eat starchy meals.
don't eat fat.
beans, potatoes, oatmeal, lentils, bread.
get a pressure cooker
use aspartame sweetener

Yep. Got mine removed a few years back.
It’s really just from my own experience, I can digest fat just fine, but not on an empty stomach.
If you’re having any issues your gallbladder I’d just get it removed. I don’t miss the pain from my gallstones.
