Numbers, people.
It does not contain a lot. It contains very little, around 2 ng (nanograms) for a glass of milk. Daily estrogen production in men is around 10,000 times that and in women another factor of 10.
You'd be dead long before you could drink enough milk for what little estrogen there is to have any endocrine effect.
